Aleva’s Washable Bed Pad range offers 4 options:
- Absorbs 4 Litres – 1×1.4m – Double + Wings – 5 Layer Super Absorption Technology
- Recommended for heavy incontinence requirements with superior 3 litre/ m² absorption capacity
- 5 functional laminated layers ensure your comfort and protection
- 1×1.4m in size (Standard Double Bed is 137cm wide/Standard Queen Bed is 153cm wide) with 45cm tuck-in wings
- Breathable, waterproof, antibacterial and stain resistant
- The user sleeps directly on the comfortable quilted surface
- Upper layers quickly transfer liquids to the lower layers, leaving the uppermost surface dry within a few minutes
- Liquids are locked between the lower layers by a breathable polyurethane waterproof barrier
- A healthy airflow is maintained reducing the potential for bed sores and decubitus wounds
- Lightweight and can be washed, tumble or line dried - the absorption capacity of the bed pads actually increases with use
- Suggest washing before use to maximise absorption from first use
- Hospital quality & manufactured to withstand commercial laundry requirements (of wash temperature up to 90degs C)
- Certified under the global Oeko-Tex ® 100 Standard and are PVC and Phthalate-free
- For added protection place them over our fitted mattress protectors and/or hospital grade mattress encasement
