Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, however we endeavour to dispatch same business day for all orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST). Express eParcel orders must be received by 12 noon EST to guarantee same day dispatch.

Our Standard Delivery is either via Australia Post (AP) eParcel Signature on Delivery Service with Authority to Leave or Courier (Standard Delivery). eParcel Express is also available.

Transit Time(s) 

Orders are dispatched from South Nowra, New South Wales 2541 and if delivered by Australia Post via the Wollongong Business Hub. 

Published Australia Post transit times are as follows:

Australian Capital Territory  & New South Wales – 3 – 4 days

Victoria & Queensland  – 3 – 5 days

South Australia & Tasmania – 4 to 6 days

Northern Territory – 5 – 7 days

Western Australia – 6 to 7 days

Courier delivery times are within the above AP quoted transit times.
