COVID-19 Impacts on Shipping Transit Times

All orders continue to be fulfilled as usual and we are making every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible.  However the impacts of COVID-19 are causing some delays in transit delivery times.

We ship through the Wollongong Business Hub of Australia Post (AP).  Alternatively if your order includes carton quantities, these may be delivered directly by courier.

Australia Post is working hard to deliver safely and as quickly as possible and is adapting to the challenges which include record parcel volumes, social distancing measures in place at their facilities and the significant reduction in flights, all of which are contributing to transit delays.

Our Standard Delivery is via AP’s eParcel Service. AP have temporarily suspended the requirement of your signature.  Instead an AP staff member will record your name and acknowledge delivery in their system. Australia Post’s Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option but orders could take five business days or more to be delivered.
